ALUMINIUM 2026 closed on 8 October at Messe Düsseldorf, and ALCA Metals is grateful to everyone who stopped by Hall 1, Stand 1C41 over the three days. For us, the show was a chance to put Indonesia’s aluminium extrusion industry in front of an international audience of producers, processors, OEMs, and procurement teams.
Why We Brought Aluminium Extrusion from Indonesia to Düsseldorf
ALUMINIUM is a biennial meeting point for the whole value chain, and the organizers have reported that a large share of visitors are involved in purchasing decisions. That made it the right place to answer a question buyers increasingly ask: what can an Indonesian extrusion manufacturer actually deliver?
Our answer was built around one idea: an integrated supply chain. ALCA’s facility brings billet casting, extrusion, surface treatment, and precision fabrication together on a single site, so buyers can source aluminium extrusion from Indonesia without managing a separate vendor for each stage.
The Conversations That Mattered
Three themes came up again and again at our stand:
- Drawing-led custom profiles. Our “Bring your drawing. Let’s talk profiles.” message invited buyers to start from their own technical drawings, supported by our in-house dies shop.
- Capacity for wide profiles. Interest focused on our 6,000 MT press and its ability to produce profiles up to 600 mm wide.
- Beyond extrusion. Buyers responded to the “Think Beyond Extrusion” idea: finishing and fabrication handled under the same roof as the press.
- Compliance readiness. For European buyers, ALCA’s third-party verified carbon emissions data supports their CBAM declarations under the 2026 definitive regime.
