Aluminium Casting Smelter

Producing Secondary ingot & billet. Production outputs are supplied to die caster, extrustion industry, machinery, transportation, etc. ALCA bilet caster plant are equip with Homogenezing facility to ensure quality of the billet.

Aluminium Extrusion Plant

Integrated industry with various yet high quality surfaces and aluminium profile for industry, housing, building and construction, furniture, windows, doors, profile for wall cladding, window curtain, office partitions, insect screens, grills, ceiling, curtain rails and more diversification product from steel and wood.

Gasifier Plant & Alternative Energy

Since 2006, in order to support government programme in conserving fuel consumption, ALCA has invested in one unit gasifier plant which use coal to produce coal gas. This alternative energy are used in Casting Plant, Billet Heating and Powder Coating Line

Since, 2007, ALCA together with Shengli Oil Field, Shengli Power Machinery Group Company Ltd, Sub Company of SINOPEC, China (a China government owned oil distillation company) started to develop a power plant that use coal gas that is eco-friendly and free of H₂S (Sulphur Gas) which is produced by the gasifier plant to produce electricity for ALCA production plant.

First trial was made in year 2008 and resulted in a satisfactory success in producing electricity power. Today, 4 unit of coal gas power generator with a capacity of 500Kw each has fully operated to support production activity in ALCA production plant. This has made ALCA is free from electricity dependent from government. ALCA currently have 2 units gasifier installation which are able to produce gas for 5000 Kw power generator.

Dies Creation & Production Equipment Facility

ALCA production plant is supported by its own dies creation and Production equipment facility which include various size of lathe machines, miling machines, surface grinder, EDM, Wire Cut, CNC, and steel hardening equipments such as vacuum hardening, tempering and nitriding. Such facilities are intergrated in ALCA production plant in order to ensure that our customers are able to get their profile order in shortest possible time.

Anodizing Facility

High quality surface supported by surface treatment equipments, powder Coating lines and anodizing machine which are capable to produce up to 25 micron. Anodizing process in ALCA is under the technical Assistance of ITALTECHNO, Italy which is one of the largest company in Europe that specialize in chemicals and equipments supplier for surface treatment. Today, beside natural aluminium, brown and black colour, ALCA has also capable of producing gold, silver and wood colour.
